# HR Assistant - Recruitment (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply) **NEW PERSONNEL BUILDERS AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES INC.** · Manila · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - Source and attract qualified applicants through online job portals, social media platforms, job fairs, referrals, and other recruitment channels. - Review and screen applicants' resumes and application documents based on job requirements. - Conduct initial interviews via phone, online platforms, or face-to-face meetings. - Coordinate interview schedules between applicants and hiring managers or clients. - Endorse qualified candidates to the concerned department for further evaluation. - Follow up on the status of endorsed applicants and interview results. - Maintain and update applicant databases, recruitment trackers, and manpower monitoring reports. - Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs, recruitment activities, and other sourcing initiatives. - Communicate job vacancies, qualifications, salary offers, and employment benefits to prospective applicants. - Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates on the status of manpower requirements. - Assist in the preparation and processing of pre-employment requirements of successful applicants. - Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
