QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of Behavioral Science (i.e. Psychology) With a least 1-6 months of experience in related FIELD Computer literate DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES : Implements the company’s recruitment, selection and placement policy. Sees to it that all manpower requests are covered with duly approved Manpower Requisition forms. Administers company’s psychological testing program; maintains and ensures safety of the test materials. Ensures completeness of all requirements and documents prior to hiring/placing prospective employee(s). Prepares employees appointment papers, Company identification cards and other reports (i.e. SSS R-1A, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and TIN application). Maintains employee’s 201 files of all contractual employees. Assists Immediate Superior in the implementation of HR’s training and development programs to include orientation to newly hired employees. Conducts exit interview. Prepares employee clearances and certifications. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
