Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy HR Manager – HR Experience: Relevant experience in HR Operations, Payroll & Compliance, preferably from a 5-star hotel/property Key Expertise: End-to-end payroll management Statutory & HR compliance Attendance & leave management Employee records and HR documentation HR MIS and reporting HR operations and employee coordination Systems: Experience with HR Star / Prism or similar HRMS; hands-on knowledge of HR/payroll modules preferred.
