HR Assistant Manager
About the Role We’re looking for a seasoned HR Professional who can handle the full spectrum of HR responsibilities in a fast-paced, sometimes challenging environment. You’ll be the go-to person for everything HR from hiring top talent and building strong employee relationships, to guiding managers on tough HR situations and making sure our workplace runs smoothly. We value someone who is practical, approachable, and experienced enough to take ownership of HR challenges and solve them thoughtfully. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead HR Strategy Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s goals. Provide guidance and practical solutions to leadership on workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent management. Take charge of the HR team and make sure HR operations run efficiently. 2. Recruitment & Talent Management Oversee hiring from start to finish—posting jobs, interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies. Work with managers to find the right people for the right roles and keep them engaged. Build programs that attract and retain top talent in a competitive market. 3. Employee Relations Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters with fairness and professionalism. Advise managers on how to manage difficult situations and maintain a positive work environment. Foster open communication and trust between employees and leadership. 4. Performance & Development Guide managers and employees through performance reviews and improvement plans. Identify training needs and support professional growth programs. Help build a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement. 5. Policies, Compliance & HR Operations Develop and maintain HR policies that are clear, fair, and aligned with the law. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Keep accurate HR records and oversee smooth onboarding, offboarding, and documentation processes. 6. Compensation & Benefits Manage payroll, benefits programs, and employee incentives. Ensure salaries and benefits are fair, competitive, and delivered accurately. Qualifications: Experienced HR professional with 8+ years in HR and 3–5 years in a managerial role . Comfortable handling complex HR situations and navigating a challenging work environment. Good working knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and practical HR practices. Approachable, fair, and able to guide managers and employees with professionalism and integrity. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
