HR Assistant Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field 5–10 years of progressive HR experience , with strong exposure to HR operations Preferably with Assistant Manager or supervisory-level experience Extensive hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and employee rewards programs Proven leadership and supervisory skills , with the ability to manage and develop an HR team Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
