ManipalTRUtest Diagnostics is hiring an Assistant Manager – Human Resources for our Hyderabad (New Bowenpally) location. Location: New Bowenpally, Hyderabad Work Mode: Work from Office Industry: Diagnostics / Hospital Experience: Relevant Diagnostics/Hospital HR experience preferred Candidate Profile: Candidates with relevant experience in Diagnostics or Hospital industry are preferred. Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle HR activities independently. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Managing end-to-end recruitment activities. Payroll Management – Coordinating and managing monthly payroll processes. Background Verification (BGV) – Handling employee background verification activities. Employee documentation and HR operational support. Coordination with employees and management on day-to-day HR matters.
