Employee & Labor Relations Log and track employee grievances, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary cases. Coordinate administrative steps for investigations, including scheduling and notifying parties. Draft and issue Notices to Explain (NTEs), incident reports, hearing minutes, and disciplinary notices. Assist in mediations between employees and managers to resolve minor workplace issues. Maintain confidential case files and disciplinary records. B. Policy Compliance & Documentation Assist in reviewing and updating handbooks, codes of conduct, and internal policies. Ensure mandatory labor standards and policies are posted, distributed, and acknowledged. Compile data and prepare periodic reports on employee relations trends and disciplinary metrics. C. Employee Feedback & Engagement Assist in administering employee surveys, feedback forms, and exit interviews. Support communication channels to gauge workplace climate and detect issues early. Help organize employee welfare and engagement activities. D. General HR Support Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, including exit clearance tracking. Assist with general HR record-keeping and database updates. Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by leadership. Key Result Areas (KRAs) Accurate, prompt, and secure documentation of employee relations and disciplinary cases Timely issuance of compliant administrative notices Orderly and confidential maintenance of grievance logs Effective coordination of investigation and resolution workflows Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and due process principles High level of confidentiality and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and deadline management Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Legal Management, Business Administration, or related fields 2 years of relevant HR or employee relations support experience Familiarity with disciplinary procedures and labor documentation is an advantage Benefits: Company events Life insurance Opportunities for promotion Promotion to permanent employee Experience: Labor relations: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
