Carmel Medical Center - Clark** · Angeles · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department by assisting in the implementation of HR programs, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, supporting payroll and employee relations processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Duties and Responsibilities Monitor and support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. Provide clerical, administrative, and operational assistance to HR management and executives. Maintain, organize, and update employee records in both physical and electronic filing systems while ensuring the confidentiality of personnel information. Prepare, process, and maintain HR documentation related to recruitment, staffing, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, employee relations, and other personnel activities. Coordinate and facilitate HR-related programs and activities, including meetings, training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and surveys, and prepare minutes of meetings when required. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, rules, and regulations in a timely and professional manner. Assist in payroll preparation by collecting, verifying, and submitting employee attendance, leave records, overtime, bonuses, and other payroll-related information. Coordinate with government agencies and public service offices as necessary for statutory compliance and employee-related transactions. Assist in handling employee concerns, complaints, and grievance procedures while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Coordinate recruitment activities by communicating with applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Conduct pre-employment and new hire orientation to ensure employees are properly introduced to company policies, procedures, and organizational culture. Source qualified candidates through various recruitment channels and maintain an updated database of applicants for current and future hiring requirements. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records to support management decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and applicable government regulations. Perform other HR-related duties and administrative tasks as may be assigned by the Human Resources Manager or Management. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
