ROLE PURPOSE As an HR Assistant, you will support the day-to-day HR operations of ROX UAE in Abu Dhabi. You will assist with employee administration, onboarding, recruitment coordination, attendance, documentation, and general HR support while ensuring accurate records and smooth employee processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain accurate employee files, records, and HR documentation. Support employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes. Prepare employment letters, certificates, HR forms, and other employee documents. Assist with attendance, leave records, and employee data updates. Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and recruitment schedules. Support job posting, CV screening, and recruitment administration. Update employee information in HR systems and internal trackers. Assist with probation confirmations, contract renewals, and employee documentation. Respond to basic employee HR enquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team. Coordinate with payroll and finance teams on employee-related information when required. Support visa, medical insurance, Emirates ID, and other employee documentation processes. Assist with HR reports, trackers, and internal administrative tasks. Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and company events. Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information at all times. Support the HR team with additional operational requirements as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR, HR Administration, or a similar support role. Previous UAE HR experience is preferred. Experience within the automotive, retail, hospitality, or service sector is an advantage. Good understanding of employee documentation and general HR processes. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with HR systems or HRIS platforms is an advantage. Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. WORK CONDITIONS Full-time position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Office-based with regular interaction with employees and department managers. Flexible working hours may occasionally be required based on operational needs.
