We are looking for an HR Assistant – Employee Engagement who can bring our workplace to life through fun activities, meaningful connections, and memorable employee experiences. If you love interacting with people, enjoy being in front of an audience, and have the confidence to host events and bring positive energy to a room, this role is for you. Key responsibilities - Plan, organize, and facilitate employee engagement activities, celebrations, team-building events, and employee recognition programs. - Serve as the host or emcee for employee activities, company events, town halls, and other HR-led initiatives. - Create fun, interactive, and inclusive experiences that strengthen employee morale, teamwork, and a sense of belonging. - Assist in preparing event programs, scripts, materials, and logistical requirements. - Gather employee feedback and recommend creative ways to improve engagement and the overall employee experience. - Support internal HR communications, announcements, birthday greetings, employee milestones, and engagement campaigns. - Help promote Alino Hotel's culture and values through creative activities and people-focused initiatives. - Collaborate with department heads and team members to encourage participation in HR programs. - Assist in creating engaging content for HR bulletins, employee activities, and internal communication platforms. - Maintain records and documentation related to employee engagement activities and HR programs. About you - Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course. - Experience in HR, employee engagement, event coordination, hosting, or customer service is an advantage. - Confident in hosting or emceeing events and speaking in front of an audience. - Creative, energetic, and comfortable facilitating games, activities, and group interactions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Organized, proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks. - Willing to work on-site and support hotel activities based on operational requirements.
