Key Responsibilities 1. Full Employee Lifecycle Management Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including document issuance, employment contract drafting, social security notifications, and HR system updates. Personnel Status Changes: Manage standard documentation, updates, and HR system verifications for employee transfers, promotions, or status changes. Probation Management: Track probation timelines, issue review reminders to managers, support performance evaluations, and assist with probation exits if needed. Contract Renewals & Retirement: Manage labor contract renewal workflows, draft agreement documents, coordinate execution, and support retirement process handling. 2. Expatriate & Mobility Support Coordinate with third-party visa agencies to handle work permit/visa applications for expatriate staff, ensuring full compliance with local Malaysian labor laws. 3. HR Operations & Support Leave Management: Review system leave requests, export leave reports, and assist with annual leave settlements. Personnel Records: Collect, organize, and archive employee personnel files. Employee Inquiry Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and system operations. 4. Data Maintenance & Payroll/Benefits Operations Data Operations: Maintain and audit HR system records; generate data reports to ensure high data integrity. Payroll Liaison: Coordinate multi-country payroll operations with third-party vendor partners. Provide baseline payroll data, verify calculations, and support payroll processing and personal tax filing workflows. Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits including annual health screenings, commercial insurance allocations, monthly invoice verifications, and senior management health checkups. Job Requirements Experience: 2–3 years of experience in an HR Shared Services Center (HR SSC) or HR Operations role. Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of local Malaysian labour laws, employment regulations, payroll, and personal income tax policies . Knowledge of labor/payroll policies in other Southeast Asian countries is a strong plus. Personal Attributes: High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment. Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
