# HR Analyst - Performance & Growth **Onward Worldwide Management & Consultancy Services Inc.** · Makati · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for a data- and process-oriented HR Analyst who can validate KPI scores accurately and on time across the portfolio, and bring process-improvement rigor (Six Sigma or an equivalent methodology) to how the performance cycle and KPI monitoring tracker operate. This role leans more analytical/process-focused than people-facing. What type of work will you be doing? You will be responsible for KPI validation and process-improvement support within the Performance & Growth function, under the guidance of the HR Operations Manager: KPI Validation - Validate KPI scores across all role-based scorecards for timeliness and accuracy before submission to the HR Operations Manager. Data Integrity Audits - Audit the KPI Monitoring Tracker formulas and underlying data for integrity on a recurring basis. Process Improvement - Apply process-improvement methodology (e.g., Six Sigma / DMAIC or equivalent) to identify and correct inefficiencies in performance-cycle and KPI-validation workflows. Cycle Administration Support - Assist administering the monthly performance review cycle across client entities. Documentation - Maintain performance documentation and completion tracking. Reporting - Compile validated performance and KPI data for the HR Operations Manager and leadership review. PIP Support - Support performance improvement plan (PIP) documentation. Quality Control - Flag data anomalies or scoring errors to the HR Operations Manager before reports are released. Escalation - Escalating issues to the HR Operations Manager and coordinating with internal departments (Payroll, Legal, etc.) Minimum qualifications: Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative/business course Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt or higher), or demonstrated process-improvement experience, required At least 2-3 years of experience in KPI/performance analytics, quality/process improvement, or business analysis (HR exposure a plus but not required) Strong Excel and data-validation skills; comfortable auditing formulas and trackers for accuracy High attention to detail and ability to meet strict validation deadlines Willing to be deployed to client sites and work onsite as needed Preferred qualifications: Background in quality assurance, business process improvement, or data analytics Six Sigma Green Belt or higher Experience building or auditing KPI dashboards/scorecards Familiarity with HR performance review cycles (not required, but a plus) What are the benefits of the position?
