Join The Growth Company's Corporate Services team as an HR Advisor- ER Case Management, providing expert HR support, advice, and guidance to managers across a diverse and purpose-driven organisation. As part of our HR team, you'll play a key role in managing a busy and varied Employee Relations caseload, supporting managers through complex people matters while helping to deliver an excellent employee experience. Please note, this is a 12-month fixed-term contract. What you'll be doing: Advising managers on employee relations issues, employment law, policies, and HR best practice. Managing a high-volume and varied Employee Relations caseload, including absence management, grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance management, and capability cases. Supporting organisational change projects, including restructures, redeployment, redundancy, and TUPE. Coaching managers on performance, attendance, capability, and conflict resolution. Building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering practical HR solutions. Producing HR reports, maintaining records, and identifying opportunities for improvement. About you: CIPD qualified (or working towards qualification) or equivalent experience. At least three years' recent experience in a generalist HR Advisor role. Proven experience managing multiple Employee Relations cases simultaneously, including absence, grievance, disciplinary, investigation, and performance management cases. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. Confident influencing and supporting managers at all levels. Organised, adaptable, and solution-focused, with excellent communication skills.
