HR Admin Manager (Construction Industry)
Our client is a well-established construction, property development and specialist engineering solutions provider. Currently, they are seeking for HR Manager to be part of the team. JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE) Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources. Employee Relations& Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution. Promote employee engagement initiatives and monitor workplace satisfaction. Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Performance Management& Development Implement and manage performance appraisal processes. Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Support career growth and succession planning initiatives. Compensation &Benefits Administration Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation programs. Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies. Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments as needed. HR Compliance &Policy Management Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures. Strategic HR Planning Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making. Lead HR projects, such as culture initiatives, organizational restructuring, and change management. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, water treatment, or industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and employee relations. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
