HR & Admin Manager
To lead our Human Resources and Administrative functions. Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, overseeing talent acquisition and employee relations, and managing office administration to support efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Oversee employee performance management, succession planning, and career development initiatives. Lead employee engagement, retention, and wellness programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations. Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution. Administer compensation and benefits programs Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives. Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and manpower planning recommendations. Support organizational development and change management initiatives. Administration Oversee daily office administration and facilities management. Supervise administrative personnel and ensure efficient office operations. Manage office supplies, equipment, insurance, service providers, and vendor contracts. Coordinate company events, meetings, travel arrangements, and employee activities. Ensure workplace safety, security, and compliance with health and safety requirements. Monitor administrative budgets and control operating expenses. Ensure smooth HR operations in HO & factories. Maintain company records and ensure proper document management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training. Proven leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS). Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution industries is an advantage.
