Responsibilities Manage assigned client accounts as the primary HR contact to ensure seamless service delivery Execute day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, drafting employment contracts, issuing HR letters, and maintaining accurate employee records Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, overtime calculation, and general HR administration tasks Advise clients on Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and best HR practices to ensure compliance Handle employee relations issues such as probation reviews, performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution Coordinate work pass applications and renewals including Work Permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass as required Assist clients with recruitment planning and manpower resource management Build and maintain strong client relationships by promptly addressing HR matters and providing proactive support Prepare detailed HR reports while safeguarding employee data confidentiality in compliance with PDPA Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 2–4 years of experience in HR generalist or HR operations roles Knowledge of Singapore employment practices and HR regulations Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or SME sectors is advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills to confidently engage with business owners, managers, and employees Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts and diverse HR matters Practical, organized, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
