The ideal candidate will supervise housekeeping attendants, inspect site cleanliness, allocate tasks, and ensure high hygiene and safety standards are maintained. Inspect designated areas, rooms, corridors, and washrooms to ensure quality, hygiene, and client standards. Prepare daily staff duty rosters, monitor attendance, and assign work zones. Conduct daily shift briefings, basic safety toolbox talks, and on-the-job training for team members. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning chemicals, consumables, and housekeeping machinery; report shortages. Ensure proper use and dilution of cleaning chemicals and adherence to health and safety (HSE) standards. Handle routine client queries and report major maintenance or facility issues to the Facility Manager. Requirements Open to both Male and Female candidates. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping operations (Hospital), including at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior attendant role. Good communication skills in English (Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management abilities. Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemical handling, and hygiene protocols. Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity.
