HOUSE MANAGER – Female for VIP FAMILY | QATAR We are looking for an experienced House Manager to manage the daily operations of a VIP family’s private residence and supervise household staff. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the daily household operations . Supervise and guide nannies, housekeepers, cooks, drivers, and other household staff . Prepare and manage staff schedules, duties, and daily task assignments . Monitor the cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of the residence. Make sure household staff follow proper standards, procedures, and instructions . Coordinate with the family regarding daily household requirements and special requests. Monitor household supplies, groceries, and other requirements. Coordinate with external service providers, maintenance teams, and suppliers when required. Handle household issues promptly and report important matters to the family. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism . Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a House Manager, Household Supervisor, or similar role. Previous experience working for a VIP/private family is preferred. Strong leadership and staff-management skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Trustworthy, discreet, responsible, and professional. Asian candidates preferred. Stay-in.
