Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent guest service. Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve queries efficiently. Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, etc.) for smooth operations. Ensure front office standards, branding, and guest satisfaction. Handle reservations, inquiries, and maintain booking systems. Ensure compliance with resort policies and safety standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in hotel management software. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask. Prior experience in luxury resorts is a plus.
