The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, optimizing pricing strategies, and delivering a high-quality guest experience in a high-demand tourist area. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily hotel operations (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance) - Optimize occupancy and dynamic pricing across platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.) - Supervise and manage staff performance - Handle guest communication, reviews, and satisfaction (international guests) - Monitor financial performance (revenues, costs, reporting) - Coordinate suppliers and ensure smooth operational flow Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management, Airbnb, or short-term rental operations - Strong knowledge of Booking, Airbnb, and channel manager systems - Experience managing international guests and high-volume bookings - Proven experience in pricing strategy and occupancy optimization - Ability to build and improve operational systems - Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in operating hotels in touristic zones (Fatih, Sultanahmet, etc.) - Proven track record of managing high occupancy rates (with references) Important Note: Applicants are expected to share performance data from previously managed properties, including occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), and annual revenue.
