The Opportunity As Hotel Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the property, overseeing daily operations and working closely with the leadership team to deliver operational excellence, financial performance and an outstanding guest experience. You will be a visible leader who connects with both guests and colleagues, ensuring that our standards are consistently delivered while creating a positive and high-performing workplace. What You’ll Do Lead Hotel Operations Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure smooth coordination between all departments. Maintain high standards of service, quality, cleanliness, safety and operational efficiency. Monitor departmental performance and ensure agreed KPIs and standards are achieved. Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions. Conduct regular operational reviews, inspections and departmental meetings. Elevate the Guest Experience Champion a consistently exceptional guest journey across all touchpoints. Be visible and accessible to guests, responding proactively to feedback and service recovery situations. Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and introduce new ideas. Ensure the LEVA brand personality is reflected in every interaction. Lead & Develop People Inspire, coach and support department heads and operational teams. Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and recognition. Support employee engagement, training and talent development initiatives. Identify high-potential talent and contribute to succession planning. Lead by example and create an environment where people feel connected and valued. Drive Business Performance Work closely with all operational teams and finance to achieve business objectives. Monitor operational costs, productivity and departmental performance. Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and generate additional revenue. Use operational and guest data to drive informed decisions. Represent LEVA Build strong relationships with guests, owners, partners and key stakeholders. Represent the hotel professionally within the hospitality and business community. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Revenue teams to support the hotel's positioning and performance. Ensure all hotel activities remain aligned with LEVA's brand values and standards. What You Bring Minimum 6–8 years of progressive hotel operations experience, preferably with experience in a Hotel Manager or senior operational leadership role. Strong understanding of Rooms Division, Sales and overall hotel operations. Proven experience managing and developing diverse teams. Strong financial , sales and revenue awareness. Experience in budgeting, cost control and operational KPIs. Excellent guest-service and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities. UAE hospitality experience is preferred. A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
