Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Hotel Duty Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure smooth daily operations. This pivotal role involves supervising guest services, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will be multilingual or bilingual, possess strong leadership skills, and have previous hotel or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
• Supervise and support front-line staff to deliver outstanding guest services with a friendly and professional approach.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to maintain impeccable cleanliness and safety standards.
• Manage staffing schedules, monitor performance, and provide coaching to foster a motivated team environment.
• Assist in human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and addressing staff concerns.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COVID-19 protocols, to safeguard guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience within a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent guest service skills with a proactive attitude.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with international guests.
• Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee relations.
• Previous hotel experience is essential; familiarity with hotel operations is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
