Core Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process vendor invoices, handle guest billing issues, and collect late payments. Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements with the general ledger daily or monthly to catch errors. Budgeting and Forecasting: Help management create annual budgets and compare actual spending against goals. Tax and Compliance: File local sales and occupancy taxes and follow local financial laws. Payroll Support: Calculate wages, process salaries, and track staff hours or benefits. Qualifications and Skills Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. Experience: Past work in general accounting or hospitality finance. Software Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and hotel accounting software- IDS. Attention to Detail: Ability to spot mistakes and resolve discrepancies quickly. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Work Location: In person
