Spa experience is NOT required. We are specifically interested in leaders from high-volume hotels, resorts, restaurants, hospitality, luxury retail, entertainment venues, spas, wellness businesses, and other guest-focused operations. We’re looking for the person who walks into a busy operation and makes it feel calmer. You can assess what’s happening, establish priorities, deploy your team, solve problems quickly, support guests, and keep everyone focused—even when the building is full and the unexpected happens. This is not a desk-management position. It is a highly visible operational leadership role. What You’ll Lead You will oversee the real-time guest and front-of-house operation Friday through Monday, working alongside our Floor Leads, Guest Experience team, providers, and senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include: Leading a high-volume guest-facing operation Directing and developing Floor Leads and Guest Experience staff Managing staffing, callouts, coverage, and changing operational needs Monitoring guest flow, appointment timing, front desk activity, phones, concierge and back-of-house support Anticipating bottlenecks before they become problems Making real-time operational decisions Handling management-level guest recovery Coaching employees and reinforcing performance expectations Maintaining luxury hospitality and service standards Ensuring opening, closing, cleanliness and facility-readiness standards Reviewing upcoming business and preparing the team for high-volume days Completing employee documentation, operational audits and other management responsibilities Partnering with senior leadership on staffing, training and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For We care much more about your ability to lead a busy operation than whether you’ve previously worked in a spa. You may currently be—or have previously been—a: Hotel or Resort Operations Manager, Front Office Manager, Guest Services Manager, Restaurant General Manager or AGM, Hospitality Manager, Spa/Wellness Manager, Luxury Retail Manager, Venue Operations Manager, or another high-volume service leader. You should be someone who: Remains calm under pressure Can confidently direct a team Makes decisions without needing constant approval Knows how to prioritize when multiple things happen simultaneously Holds employees accountable professionally Provides exceptional guest recovery Delegates instead of trying to do everything yourself Develops strong employees into future leaders Notices operational details without losing sight of the bigger picture Is willing to jump in when the team needs support Creates organization rather than adding to the chaos Schedule This is a full-time, four-day workweek primarily scheduled Friday through Monday. Consistent availability on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday is required. Exact daily hours may flex based on business needs, events and seasonal volume.
