Malar Hospital, Hosur is looking for responsible and organized Non-Clinical Hospital Operations Staff to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of our Ward and OPD areas . Positions Available Ward Coordinator OPD Coordinator / OPD Staff Ward & OPD Operations Staff Job Responsibilities Coordinate the day-to-day non-clinical operations of the assigned ward or OPD. Assist patients and attendants with general requirements and guide them to the appropriate department. Coordinate with nursing, doctors, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, housekeeping and other departments. Ensure smooth patient movement and coordination within the hospital. Monitor room, bed and OPD area readiness and report requirements to the concerned department. Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and other support services. Attend to patient and attendant queries and ensure proper follow-up. Monitor availability of necessary supplies, forms, linen and other non-clinical requirements. Maintain required registers, records and documentation. Follow up on pending requests, complaints and operational issues. Ensure cleanliness, discipline and proper functioning of the assigned area. Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure smooth patient flow and service. Report operational issues to the concerned supervisor/manager. Follow hospital policies, procedures and safety standards. Perform other non-clinical administrative and coordination duties as assigned. Candidate Profile Any Bachelor's Degree / Diploma . Candidates with experience in hospital administration, ward coordination, OPD coordination, front office or healthcare operations will be preferred. Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to interact professionally with patients, attendants and hospital staff. Willingness to work in a hospital environment and shifts as required. Experience 0–5 years of relevant experience in hospital/healthcare operations preferred.
