Homecare Manager
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and motivated Homecare Manager to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily homecare operations, coordinating healthcare staff and ensuring high-quality patient care and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily homecare operations. Coordinate nurses, caregivers, doctors and other healthcare professionals. Prepare and manage staff schedules, shifts and patient assignments. Monitor the quality and continuity of patient care. Communicate with patients, families and healthcare professionals professionally. Handle patient concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly. Conduct regular follow-ups with patients and their families. Monitor staff performance, attendance and compliance with company policies. Ensure proper documentation and accurate patient records. Coordinate homecare visits and ensure timely service delivery. Support recruitment, onboarding and training of healthcare staff. Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and company procedures. Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management. Assist in maintaining strong relationships with patients and healthcare partners. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in home healthcare or healthcare management. Strong knowledge of homecare operations and patient coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team-management abilities. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and healthcare management systems. UAE healthcare/homecare experience is preferred. Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations is an advantage Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
