Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including compliance with NYS Department of Health regulations. Lead and manage DOH site visits and ensure readiness at all times. Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and retention of home care staff. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and agency policies. Partner with leadership to support employee relations, training, and development. Ensure wage parity, benefits, and payroll compliance in coordination with finance. Develop and implement HR policies and best practices tailored to the home care field. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of HR management experience in home care . Proven experience with DOH site visits . Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the home care industry. Recruiting experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Compensation: Salary based on experience.
