The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance teams. Taking reports of property inspections before guest arrival and after departure Ensure apartments are clean, stocked, and ready for guests Coordinate with the building management Guest Support Assist with guest requests during stays Handle urgent on-ground issues professionally and quickly Support smooth guest experience from arrival to departure Maintenance & Inventory Report repair issues and follow up until resolved Monitor furniture, appliances, and apartment condition Manage stock of toiletries, linens, kitchen items, and supplies Team Coordination Communicate with office/admin team regarding bookings and updates Work with drivers, cleaners, technicians, and suppliers Share daily operations reports Requirements Experience in operations, hospitality, holiday homes, hotel, or property management preferred Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus) Basic knowledge of Dubai locations and navigation Organized, responsible, and able to solve problems independently Flexible with timings when required Valid UAE driving license is a plus Education above hight school is a plus.
