Job Description Achieve sales target by developing and building strong relationships with customers Recruit new customers by providing excellent customer experience Skillful by using whatsapp to communicate with customers Other duties as assigned by Shop Manager Job Requirements Graduate of Form 5/DSE or above 2-3 years of retail experience or above Good communication in Chinese, English and Mandarin Proactive and enthusiastic with sound selling skills Benefits Annual Leave: existing 12 days for after one year of service, 14 days after two years; and will add one days after 5 years onwards for each year until a maximum number of annual leave for 18 days (maximum) Rest day: 7 days per month Birthday leave: nil but will have Birthday Red pocket money: $100 after one year and $300 after 3 years Staff purchase discount: entitle after probation (35% off in norm) Year end bonus: Discretionary double pay/bonus Staff training: will provide/grant training course to suitable candidate We offer attractive remuneration to the right candidate.
