Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead its kitchen operations and drive culinary excellence for their Ready To Eat Food Products. This role is ideal for a strong leader who is hands-on, creative, and capable of managing a dynamic team in a ISO22000 compliant kitchen. Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily kitchen operations Supervise and mentor a team of 5 kitchen staff Design, develop, and execute innovative menus across both Chinese and Western cuisines Ensure consistent delivery of food quality, presentation standards, and culinary excellence Drive cost efficiency through effective food cost control, inventory management, and resource optimization Uphold stringent standards of ISO22000 food hygiene, safety, and compliance with Hong Kong regulatory requirements Partner with management to develop new concepts, drive menu innovation, and enhance overall dining experience Requirements: 5–7 years of relevant culinary experience Holding a Food Hygiene Certification and possess at least 2 years experience working in a ISO22000 Kitchen is a must Demonstrated expertise in both Chinese and Western cuisines, with the ability to execute and innovate across styles Proven leadership experience in managing small to mid-sized kitchen teams Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality and consistency Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills We Offer: Competitive salary package Discretionary bonus Opportunity to grow with the business Dynamic and supportive working environment Candidate who interested in the caption position, please send your CV with your expected salary to [email redacted, apply via Company website] or Whatsapp to 95888143 All information collected will be treated in strict confidence and will only be used for recruitment purpose.
