Responsibilities - Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate cloud provisioning across multiple platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and OpenStack. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design cloud architecture solutions that are scalable, resilient, and cost-effective. - Integrate Terraform with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet to ensure seamless deployment workflows. - Manage container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Docker to support microservices architectures and continuous deployment pipelines. - Monitor cloud infrastructure health using tools like Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines; troubleshoot issues proactively to minimize downtime. - Implement security best practices by configuring VPNs, firewalls, and access controls; ensure compliance with industry standards. - Automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as Bash (Unix shell), PowerShell, Python, or Ruby to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications - Proven experience with Terraform in designing and managing cloud infrastructure environments. - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS (Amazon Web Services), Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and OpenStack. - Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware and Citrix for hybrid cloud solutions. - Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Bash (Unix shell), PowerShell, or Ruby for automation tasks. - Understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, REST APIs, and web services. - Knowledge of operating systems including Linux/Unix/Windows environments; experience with operating system administration is a plus.
