The role involves building and supporting integrations between Salesforce PRM / Experience Cloud and external applications, with a focus on reliable API communication, authentication, error handling and production stability. Roles & Responsibilities Design and develop REST API integrations between Salesforce and external applications. Build Apex callouts, integration services and reusable integration components. Work with JSON payloads, HTTP methods and API request/response handling. Implement authentication mechanisms, error handling, logging and integration failure management. Apply appropriate Salesforce integration patterns based on business and technical requirements. Collaborate with Solution Architects to convert integration requirements into scalable technical solutions. Support integrations related to partner portals, certification, support/ticketing and other external systems. Perform unit testing and integration testing and troubleshoot defects. Support deployment activities and production stabilization. Monitor integration issues and work toward timely resolution of failures. What We're Looking For 7+ years of software development experience with strong Salesforce development exposure. Strong hands-on experience with Apex development and Apex callouts . Proven experience developing REST API integrations with Salesforce. Good understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and integration architecture. Strong knowledge of JSON, HTTP methods and API request/response structures. Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or similar tools. Understanding of authentication mechanisms, error handling, logging and integration monitoring. Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications. Experience with PRM / Experience Cloud integrations will be highly relevant. Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
