# Hiring: Resident Engineer – Fortinet SD-WAN | Singapore **SolveIT Consultant** · Central Singapore · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role *Hiring: Resident Engineer – Fortinet SD-WAN | Singapore* Salary: *6000 SGD to 7500 SGD* Location: *Central Singapore* Requirements: * Strong Fortinet SD-WAN & FortiGate experience * BGP, OSPF, Static Routing, IPSec/SSL VPN * LAN/WAN troubleshooting & network monitoring * *Fortinet NSE 4+ – MUST HAVE* * CCNP – Must have Employment Type Full-Time, Dedicated Onsite Resident Engineer Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Engineer with strong experience in Fortinet SD-WAN technologies to support enterprise WAN operations for a major multinational customer. The engineer will be stationed onsite at the customer premises and will be responsible for day-to-day network operations, troubleshooting, implementation, and escalation management. Key Responsibilities • Provide onsite operational support for enterprise WAN and SD-WAN infrastructure. • Manage and support Fortinet SD-WAN deployments. • Monitor network performance and ensure service availability. • Troubleshoot WAN, routing, and connectivity issues. • Perform incident management and root cause analysis. • Support planned changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities. • Coordinate with service providers and OEM support teams. • Implement network configuration changes under change management process. • Maintain operational documentation and reports. • Provide technical escalation support to customer operations teams. Technical Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet SD-WAN solutions. • Good knowledge of FortiGate firewall administration. • Strong understanding of: * Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, Static Routing) * VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN) * WAN optimization * LAN/WAN troubleshooting • Experience with network monitoring tools. • Good understanding of ITIL processes. Preferred Certifications: CCNP,Fortinet Must(NSE 4 and above) Interested?
