We’re hiring: Manager – Lingerie Design | Dubai, UAE

Middle East's largest Value fashion retailer is looking for a Manager- Lingerie Design to own the seasonal design direction for a high-volume, multi-category range.

What you’ll do

• Lead seasonal trend direction and build ranges that balance commercial core with trend-led newness
• Design across bras, briefs, sets, seamless, shapewear and fashion lingerie
• Own CADs, tech packs, fit reviews and supplier feedback
• Work with buying, planning and sourcing on price architecture and critical paths
• Lead and develop the design team

Required expereince:

• 5–8+ years in lingerie design with strong fit, construction and fabrication knowledge
• Experience managing a design team of 4–6 or more
• A background in large-scale, fast-paced, value-driven fashion retail, designing for volume and multiple markets
• Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills
• Experience with WGSN / Edited
• Established work with international lingerie suppliers
