Minimum 3–5 years of relevant supervisory or management experience , preferably in floristry, events, hospitality, weddings, retail, or related operations. Experience managing a team and coordinating multiple operational activities. Experience working with hotels, event venues, wedding planners, or corporate clients is preferred. Strong knowledge of event operations and customer service. Good understanding of inventory, procurement, cost control, and staff management. Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
