LTD.** · Outram · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 10 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Role and Responsibilities - Improve IT Operation business process and documentations. - Triage of issues, including logging, tracking, routing and categorizing of reported incidents and service requests. - Support users and provide resolution for L1 issues, including common problem / issue in FAQ, inquiries and essential troubleshooting tasks. - Managing of the service desk common mailbox. - Prepare monthly report and support User Access Matrix review. - Communication of operation matters to stakeholders (e.g. System downtime, New implementations) - Years of Experience: At least 4 - 5 years’ experience in business analysis, system support, development, implementing system and maintaining IT systems Requirements / Qualifications Requirements / Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Have experienced in using AWS services.
