# Hedge Fund Operations & Reporting Analyst **Forex Beginner Club** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role About the Role We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Hedge Fund Operations & Reporting Analyst to manage fund-related documentation, investor KYC, operational records, reporting, reconciliations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in hedge funds, investment funds, fund administration, or financial operations and should be comfortable handling confidential financial and investor information. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain fund-related documents, records, agreements, and operational files. Handle and monitor investor KYC/AML documentation and ensure required information is complete and up to date. Coordinate investor onboarding documentation and follow up on missing or pending documents. Prepare, maintain, and review monthly fund and management reports . Compile data related to fund performance, AUM, investor activity, subscriptions, redemptions, fees, expenses, and investment activity. Assist with preparation and review of investor reporting and internal management reports. Perform regular data checks and reconciliations between fund records, bank/custodian records, and administrator reports. Coordinate with external fund administrators, auditors, banks/custodians, compliance teams, and other service providers . Maintain accurate records of investor information, transactions, reports, and supporting documentation. Track reporting deadlines, KYC reviews, compliance requirements, and outstanding operational matters. Assist with audit and compliance-related documentation and information requests. Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them. Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive financial and investor information. Support the investment/management team with operational and reporting requirements when required. Requirements 3–5 years of relevant experience in Hedge Fund Operations, Fund Administration, Investment Operations, Asset Management, or a similar financial-services role. Strong understanding of fund operations and investor documentation . Practical experience with KYC/AML and investor onboarding processes . Experience preparing or coordinating monthly/periodic fund reports . Knowledge of fund-related reconciliations, investor transactions, and operational processes. Strong Excel and data-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred: Hedge Funds Private Funds / Investment Funds Fund Administration Asset Management Fund Accounting Investor Relations / Investor Operations KYC & AML NAV / AUM reporting Portfolio or investment reporting Audit and compliance coordination FATCA / CRS Fund administrator coordination What We Are Looking For We are specifically looking for someone who can independently manage the day-to-day operational side of a fund , including documentation, KYC, reporting, reconciliations, and coordination with relevant stakeholders. Candidates with only general administrative experience and no fund/investment operations exposure may not be suitable for this position.
