Heavy Equipment Operation's Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities: Developing and implementing systematic procedures to make the operations and maintenance efficient. Oversee overall Heavy equipment maintenance, cost, and inventory of consumables. ·Oversee all operations and maintenance activities which include equipment deployment and demobilization, manpower allocation, maintenance activities – preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair before failure. Attend regular meetings with team to discuss about issues, concerns, and updates of each clinic. Take responsibility in reporting of any incident resulting to variances and / or discrepancies, damages immediately or within 24 hours of the incident made. Willingness to be assigned in other department/business unit as operationally required from time to time. Compliance to the Company Code of Discipline / Rules and Regulation.
