We're looking for an experienced Healthcare Virtual Assistant to join a growing mental health team. Key Responsibilities: Answer patient calls, texts, and callbacks Schedule appointments for multiple therapists Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Review and submit claims in SimplePractice Support daily front-office operations and collaborate with the team Qualifications: At least 2 years of US healthcare administrative experience Mental health/behavioral health practice experience is strongly preferred Experience with patient scheduling and insurance verification SimplePractice experience is REQUIRED! Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Organized, reliable, coachable, and detail-oriented Comfortable with productivity monitoring software Work Setup: Remote OPEN TO LATAM and PH applicants!!!
