Healthcare Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Title: Medical Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Dubai, UAE Duration: Full time Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for Doctors, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals . Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with qualified medical candidates. Maintain and develop a strong database/pool of healthcare professionals for current and future vacancies. Coordinate with hiring managers and medical teams regarding candidate requirements and selections. Manage offer letters, employment contracts, onboarding, and joining formalities. Support HR operations , including employee documentation, records, leave, attendance, and other HR-related activities. Coordinate with candidates regarding licensing, credentialing, visa, police clearance, and other pre-employment requirements. Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records and provide regular recruitment updates/reports. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. Requirements: 2–5+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment and HR operations Strong experience recruiting Doctors and other medical professionals Good understanding of healthcare recruitment, licensing, and credentialing processes Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong sourcing and candidate-screening abilities Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and recruitment/HR systems Previous experience in a hospital, healthcare organization, or healthcare recruitment agency is preferred.
