The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely acquisition of top talent for various roles. Key Responsibilities : Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for healthcare-related roles. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with organizational needs. Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the recruitment database, ensuring accurate tracking of candidate progress. Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on market trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals (e.g., medical coders, RNs, healthcare billing specialists). Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and platforms.
