# Healthcare Operations Team Leader – Healthcare BPO **JPR** · Pasay · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Healthcare Operations Team Leader – Healthcare BPO Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Healthcare Operations Team Leader to lead and support a team within our healthcare BPO operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, maintaining service quality, coaching team members, and ensuring operational targets are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team of healthcare BPO associates. Monitor daily team performance and ensure operational targets and KPIs are met. Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance discussions. Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, adherence, and other key performance indicators. Ensure team members follow established healthcare processes, client requirements, and company policies. Handle escalated customer, patient, or client concerns and ensure timely resolution. Review quality and performance reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Coordinate with Quality, Training, Workforce Management, and Operations teams to address business needs. Conduct team huddles, performance reviews, and process updates. Support the implementation of process improvements and operational initiatives. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare-related procedures and data privacy requirements. Prepare and communicate team performance reports to management. Promote a positive, accountable, and customer-focused work environment. Qualifications At least 2–3 years of experience in a Healthcare BPO environment , preferably with team leadership experience. At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or equivalent leadership role preferred. Strong knowledge of healthcare BPO processes such as RCM, medical billing, claims, patient scheduling, prior authorization, or healthcare customer service . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to analyze performance data and create actionable improvement plans. Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or other productivity and reporting tools. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required. Willing to work onsite, depending on business requirements.
