The role will provide leadership and guidance to Center Managers, monitor operational performance, ensure consistent implementation of policies and procedures, and collaborate with Finance, Marketing, HR, and other internal teams to support efficient center operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee the operations and performance of multiple healthcare centers. Lead, support, and provide operational direction to Center Managers. Monitor center performance, operational KPIs, and overall efficiency. Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards across locations. Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, HR, and other internal departments. Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions. Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and improve center performance. Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations. Manage multiple operational priorities across different locations. Perform other operational management responsibilities as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience managing multiple centers, clinics, healthcare facilities, or similar operations. Proven experience handling end-to-end operations . Strong leadership and people management skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Finance, HR, and Marketing. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to oversee multiple locations and manage competing operational priorities.
