Healthcare Operations Manager
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the overall performance and operational requirements of multiple healthcare centers. The role will provide leadership to Center Managers and coordinate with Finance, Marketing, HR, and other functions to ensure efficient and consistent center operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee the operations and performance of multiple healthcare centers. Provide guidance and direction to Center Managers on operational matters. Monitor overall center performance and operational KPIs. Ensure consistent implementation of operational policies and procedures. Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, HR, and other internal teams to support center operations. Identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions. Drive process improvements to improve efficiency and center performance. Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations. Perform other operational management duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience managing multiple centers, clinics, healthcare facilities, or similar operations. Proven experience overseeing end-to-end operational requirements. Strong leadership and people management skills. Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple locations and operational priorities. Work Arrangement Work Setup: Onsite Location: Camaro Square, Novaliches, Quezon City Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6 days a week Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 80,000 Target Start Date: Mid-Septembe Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
