Healthcare Operations Director Permanent and direct hire Taguig | Hybrid Nightshift Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of clinical support teams, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services. Develop and implement operational strategies that improve performance, efficiency, and service outcomes. Coach, mentor, and manage leaders and team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Monitor operational metrics, identify trends, and implement action plans to achieve business objectives. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, service expectations, and operational initiatives. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Lead change initiatives and support continuous process improvement across the organization. Promote employee engagement and professional development to build a high-performing workforce. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN). Active and unrestricted Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license. At least 7 years of leadership experience in clinical or healthcare operations. Proven experience leading large teams and driving operational excellence. Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related fieldis an advantage Experience in international or enterprise healthcare operations is an advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From Php200,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Application Question(s): How much is your current/previous salary?
