The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent English communication, computer proficiency, and experience in managing restaurant floor operations. Key Responsibilities - Team Management & Rostering: Create weekly work rosters, manage staff schedules, assign daily duties, and maintain strong floor supervision. - Staff Observation & Guidance: Continuously observe, guide, and evaluate staff performance to ensure high service standards. - Compliance & Foodwatch: Oversee food safety protocols, cleanliness, and monitor compliance in alignment with Foodwatch standards. - Permits & Documentation: Issue and manage internal property work permits and ensure operational/safety compliance. - Floor Operations: Oversee daily dining room operations, greet guests, handle reservations, and resolve customer feedback professionally. - Digital Systems: Handle POS (Point of Sale) systems, basic digital order management, and administrative tracking. Work Schedule & Days Off - Shift Duration: 10 to 11 hours per day - Rest Days: 3 days off per week Salary & Benefits - Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and skills) - Duty Meal: Provided free of charge - Accommodation: Accommodation allowance provided - Transportation: Transportation provided by the company Requirements - Language: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Technical & Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer usage, POS systems, digital roster/file management, and handling online compliance tools (e.g., Foodwatch). - Administrative Skills: Experience issuing work permits and managing property/operational compliance. - Experience: Proven experience as a Head Waiter, Teamleader, or Floor Supervisor. - Leadership & Observation: Strong capability to observe staff, resolve floor challenges, and keep the team disciplined and motivated. - Traits: Dedicated, punctual, honest, and hardworking. Pay: AED1,900.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
