This position is responsible for the efficient operation of the teller line and compliance with federal and state regulations as well as bank policies and procedures. The Head Teller/Universal Banker maintains primary responsibility for cash vault, completes a variety of teller related duties, trains tellers on all aspects of branch operations, and provides exceptional customer service.
