Job Title : Head of Tax Location : Lisle, IL (Onsite) Job Type : Full Time | Permanent Job Summary We are seeking an Head of Tax with 5+ years of recent public accounting tax experience and a strong background in tax compliance, planning, research, and client advisory services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and extensive experience preparing and reviewing complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, partnerships, trusts, and estates. Key Responsibilities : 5 years of public accounting tax experience, with recent public accounting experience. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Experience in preparing and reviewing complex federal and state tax returns for Individuals Businesses Partnerships Trusts and Estates Experience with tax research, projections, tax planning, compliance, and consulting. Experience supervising, reviewing, and overseeing tax staff Strong experience in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. Strong client communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tax software (Lacerte software experience is a plus) CPA license is preferred Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Application Question(s): Are you US-Citizen or Green Card Holder?
