Own high-volume recruitment for field sales and branch operations across multiple locations. Lead and develop a team of regional recruiters , ensuring productivity and achievement of hiring targets. Build scalable sourcing strategies to consistently deliver candidates in large numbers and within TAT. Partner closely with business leaders to translate manpower requirements into actionable hiring plans. Strengthen recruitment processes, improve offer-to-join ratios and quality of hire , and track key TA metrics. Bring strong experience in BFSI/NBFC/fintech or other distributed, frontline hiring environments .
