DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role The Head of Supply Chain & Operations will be responsible for driving operational performance across procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment while leading high-performing teams. This role will report to the Country General Manager. As the Head of Supply Chain & Operations you will: - Develop and execute the overall Supply Chain strategy aligned with business objectives. - Oversee procurement activities and manage strategic supplier relationships. - Ensure effective inventory management and continuous supply availability. - Lead logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure operational excellence. - Drive cost optimization, improve delivery performance, and enhance service quality across the supply chain. - Manage, mentor, and develop Supply Chain and Operations teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal Head of Supply Chain & Operations : - Proven experience in purchasing, logistics, and supply chain management. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Fluent in both French and English.
